The Warehouse Supervisor at TP-Link Systems Inc. is responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations in receiving, value-added services (VAS), and shipping. The supervisor will implement standard operating procedures, manage inventory levels, and promote continuous improvement within the warehouse environment.

  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, VAS, packing, and shipping.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales Operation and Returns, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges promptly.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and availability.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and improve accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement changes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance warehouse performance.
  • Train new and existing warehouse associates on SOPs, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
