The Warehouse Supervisor at TP-Link Systems Inc. is responsible for overseeing a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations in receiving, value-added services (VAS), and shipping. Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and accuracy.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, VAS, packing, and shipping.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow.
Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales Operation and Returns, to ensure seamless operations.
Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges promptly.
Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and availability.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and improve accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement changes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance warehouse performance.
Train new and existing warehouse associates on SOPs, safety protocols, and best practices.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team skills and performance.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
