About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently. This includes supervising the receiving and loading of trucks, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The supervisor will also be responsible for training staff and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receiving transfer trucks
• Dealing with shortages
• Tagging and consolidating transfers
• Verifying on 22 screen that all transfers have been received
• Rerouting any shortage tickets that were not received and communicating to office to inform customer
• Accurately loading delivery trucks
• Ensuring proper drop order
• Partial release as necessary
• Re-routing as necessary
• Printing tickets and driver manifest
• Matching up tickets and manifest
• Stamping as necessary
• Processing RAs / Truck Returns
• Addressing quantity changes with office before processing on RF gun
• Inspecting quality of return and addressing with warehouse/operations manager if unacceptable
• Researching alleged shortages when customers call in
• Picking of routed orders
• Receiving inbound freight
• Ensuring accuracy of all work performed by subordinates
• Other duties as assigned
• Understanding and enforcing BPI processes and procedures
