About The Position

Revolution is now hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor in Terre Haute, IN. This role will direct and supervise A1 Shipper, Box/Skid handler, as well as the flow of finished goods and packing material in the A1 Warehouse. The position involves maintaining a working relationship with the Production Administrative Assistant, managing inventory levels of finished goods in the A1 warehouse, and reporting and investigating non-conforming materials. The Warehouse Supervisor will also audit shipping manifests, lead Pre-Shift Safety meetings, set daily shipping goals, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
• 10-key, Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic computer skills.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Willing to work in a customer-driven and safety-conscious organization.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities within the workday.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise A1 Shipper and Box/Skid handler.

• Audit shipping manifests prior to processing final documents.
• Audit inventory systemically and physically.
• Lead Pre-Shift Safety meeting.
• Set daily shipping goals.
• Follow work guidelines and adhere to all company policies.
• Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all safe operating procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment and follow lockout tag-out requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the Logistics Manager.
