About The Position

The DC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily work schedules of warehouse employees engaged in various tasks such as shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking, and palletizing finished products. This role involves determining space requirements for storage and scheduling the delivery and distribution of products to meet customer requirements. The supervisor must ensure that all store materials are organized and clearly identified, and that equipment maintenance complies with relevant laws. Additionally, the supervisor is tasked with maintaining a safe and clean work environment and enforcing company safety rules, including the proper handling of hazardous materials. Monitoring employee attendance and productivity is also a key responsibility, along with coordinating work with other supervisors and maintaining various records and reports to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years prior work experience in a warehouse related field.
• Previous work experience in a warehouse or distribution center including material handling and inventory tracking.
• Providing work direction to other teammates.

Nice To Haves

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bi-Lingual skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
