We are seeking a high-performing Warehouse Supervisor to lead our off-site Seneca, SC warehouse operations. This role requires a self-driven, highly reliable, and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in warehouse management. The ideal candidate will be accountable for receiving, inventory accuracy, shipping, employee development, and strict adherence to 6S/Lean principles. This position demands an individual with a strong sense of urgency, discipline, and the ability to consistently exceed expectations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field, OR minimum 5 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to inspire, engage, and develop employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience managing an off-site warehouse, 3PL, or multi-site distribution network.
  • Certification or formal training in Lean, Six Sigma, or 6S (e.g., Green Belt, Kaizen Facilitator).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold employees accountable.
  • Foster a culture of discipline, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure all orders are processed on time and in compliance with customer and company requirements.
  • Drive 6S/Lean culture, ensuring work areas are safe, organized, and fully compliant always.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy > 98% through cycle counting, audits, and process adherence.
  • Collaborate with Materials and Production teams to resolve discrepancies in real time.
  • Implement and sustain best practices in inventory management.
  • Identify and eliminate waste in warehouse processes using Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
  • Standardize work procedures and enforce compliance with company policies.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, improve flow, and increase productivity.
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Drive accountability in forklift safety, material handling, and proper equipment usage.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
