Learn more at www. hbfuller.com . Warehouse Supervisor Michigan Center, MI 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6AM to 3:30PM, with occasional overtime and averaging one rotating weekend per month. Position Overview The Warehouse Supervisor supports daily warehouse, production, and distribution operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality output. This role drives performance in shipping, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and team engagement. The supervisor collaborates with plant leadership to meet annual operational goals and maintain consistent process standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/equivalent + 3 years warehouse experience, or bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work in a plant environment and lift 40 lbs.
  • Proficiency with basic math and MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in shipping/receiving and Hazmat handling.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools.
  • Adhesives or chemical industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet quality and on‑time delivery targets.
  • Lead shift meetings focused on safety, quality, and housekeeping.
  • Identify and resolve issues using structured problem‑solving methods.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and audit ERP transactions.
  • Support employee development and team performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage corrective actions.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Contribute to site safety, quality, and 5S initiatives.
