About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of warehouse activities within the retail trade sector. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes. The Warehouse Supervisor leads and motivates a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. They collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, and retail teams to optimize supply chain operations and support business objectives. Ultimately, the role ensures that products are stored, handled, and distributed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer demands and company goals.

• Previous experience as a warehouse clerk, stocker, crew member, picker, delivery driver, team member, logistics associate
• Upholds a professional and ethical communication style with customers and team members
• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment
• Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members
• Must be at least 18 years of age & able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Familiarity with Google Suite, email, and basic computer functions
• 1+ years of prior leadership experience
• Early AM, Late PM & Weekend availability is required
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Driving a golf cart to deliver products to the locations
• Receiving and checking in deliveries.
• Direct coordination with the warehouse manager to communicate overall operations, opportunities, and bring new ideas to the table
• Strong confidence in delegation, task management, and redirection
• Organizing the storeroom
• Embody and promote consistency and efficiency in all tasks
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and management
• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, organization, and inventory control
• Manage and lead warehouse staff by providing training, mentoring, and monitoring performance to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards
• Collaborate with vendors, procurement, management, and retail teams to streamline processes and resolve operational issues promptly
