About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees overnight warehouse operations. This role is responsible for supervising 12 order selectors (pickers), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. The Warehouse Supervisor acts as the first line of leadership for overnight staff, supporting both operational goals and team development, and communicating all pertinent information regarding each shift to operations management.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
2 years or more experience in warehouse, required
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably in beverage, preferred
Knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work overnight hours and manage a physically demanding environment
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 55lbs
Exposure to varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate overnight order selectors (pickers) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Monitor and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency metrics
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance and maintain high morale
Assist Assistant Operations Manager in scheduling, workflow planning, and operational problem-solving
Conduct routine inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy
Address and resolve employee concerns or operational issues during the shift
Report daily operational status, challenges, and successes to the Assistant Operations Manager
Support inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
Uphold a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
