About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a single warehouse location. This role ensures efficient inventory handling, team coordination, and adherence to company procedures. The position is labor-intensive and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid Drivers License and ability to pass DOT requirements
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory experience preferred.
CDL

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates to inventory systems.
Supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet productivity goals.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Provide input to the regional warehouse manager on hiring, performance reviews, and promotions.
Execute established processes and procedures; responsible for ensuring team adherence rather than creating new protocols.
Make independent decisions regarding warehouse operations, staffing schedules, and task prioritization within the location.
Collaborate with the Regional Manager to communicate operational needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
