Nucor Steel Tuscaloosa, Inc. is looking for an experienced leader to join our team as Warehouse Supervisor. In this position you will safely lead the development of our Warehouse team. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with Maintenance and Purchasing to deliver excellent customer value. The role involves building strong relationships with internal and external customers, managing all receiving, warehousing, and inventory functions for the main campus and remote warehouses.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

• 2+ years leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment.

Nice To Haves

• Higher education in Industrial Maintenance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
• Supervisory experience in Warehouse Logistics, Manufacturing, E-Commerce, or Distribution.
