About The Position

Job Summary: The Warehouse supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities including inventory/stock control, local procurement, space management, logistics, floor productivity, storage, and shipping.

Requirements

  • A Degree or an Equivalent training in Stores, Warehouse Management from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3+ years in warehouse/Procurement in charge experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • A “COC” completion certification is a plus.
  • English knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
  • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
  • Responsible to Maintain Forklift and other equipment in working condition and arrange periodic maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing safety standards and procedures and by complying with local legal regulations.
  • Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
  • Conducts weekly Inventory audits and maintain No discrepancy in stock.
  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
  • Place orders to replenish supply as needed.
  • Track shipments and address any delays.
  • Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items and special care needed items.
  • Evaluate local suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
  • Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
  • Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.
