A confidential defense manufacturer is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor</b> to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all inventory and logistics workflows. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent </p></li
• Minimum 1+ years of warehouse experience </p></li
• Active Security Clearance OR VantageClear Credential (required) </p></li
• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse supervision, or manufacturing operations </p></li
• Strong leadership and conflict -resolution skills </p></li
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office </p></li
• Ability to interpret inventory data, shipping documents, and workflow reports </p></li
• Experience enforcing OSHA -based safety rules and equipment operation standards </p></li

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials </p></li
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff; provide ongoing performance feedback </p></li
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, documentation, and discrepancy resolution </p></li
• Monitor shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient workflows </p></li
• Maintain OSHA -compliant warehouse environment and enforce safety protocols and PPE usage </p></li
• Operate and supervise the use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) </p></li
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity; verify outbound shipments and documentation </p></li
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure inventory availability </p></li
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies </p></li
• Conduct daily equipment safety checks and uphold 5S organizational standards </p></li
• Perform spot and scheduled physical inventory audits; assist with annual full inventory </p></li
• Identify losses, damage, or shortages and develop corrective action plans </p></li
