About The Position

Meyer Distributing is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Denver, CO team! The Warehouse Supervisor will lead employees to ensure productivity ,supervise the receiving of trucks ensure all paperwork is sent to posting. Organize and secure products properly in preparation for being transported or moved. Report safety issues or concerns immediately to management. Administer appropriate coaching and safety observation as needed. Respond to e-mails and requests in a timely manner. Salary Rate for Warehouse Supervisor: $60,000.00-$68,000.00 with opportunities for increases through performance reviews Schedule: (End times may vary) 2nd shift: Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~40 hours) Meyer Distributing is a complete wholesale distributor: automotive, RV/towing, outdoor living, marine, and more. Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to engage in repetitious bending and lifting
• Must have ability to grasp, push and pull with hands for duration of shift
• Must have ability to endure extreme hot and cold temperatures and humidity and work in a noisy environment
• Must be able to work up to 25 feet above ground level
• Must have ability to stand, walk, and squat for duration of shift
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Meyer VMS software
• Positive attitude and the ability to motivate employees
• Ability to give special attention to detail
• Ability to identify letter and numbers
• Demonstrate leadership skills and abilities
• Planning/organizing and follow up skills
• Quality control -the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors their own work to ensure quality
• Adaptability -the individual adapts to changes in the work environment , manages competing demands and can deal with frequent changes , delays or unexpected events.
