About The Position

Provide immediate supervision of the department team, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules. Responsible for managing a high level of inventory accuracy for the manufacturing site, ensure schedules are met. Responsible for maintaining acceptable inventory control metrics in areas assigned. Build individual and team capability through the completion of performance assessments, employee development plans and training. Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to lead a group of store member for 20 headcount and work on shift basis.
• Responsible to ensure daily store operations adhere to company policies and operating standards.
