Position Summary We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who will supervise all aspects of warehouse operations working directly alongside the warehouse team to complete daily tasks. This role provides leadership, direction, and training for the team, while actively participating in shipping, receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and general warehouse duties. You will set the standard for performance, safety, organization, and customer service while coaching your team and ensuring efficient, accurate operation of the warehouse.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in product handling, inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, or wholesale distribution (4 years preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a related role; supervisory experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift.
  • Dependable, punctual, motivated, and ready to work with a team.
  • English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Receive, verify, and process incoming vendor shipments.
  • Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain accurate inventory cycle counts.
  • Troubleshoot order or inventory discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, etc.).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Maintain and enforce safety standards with anyone who is in the warehouse; staff or guests.
  • Lead by example through active participation in daily warehouse tasks.
  • Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure reliability, strong performance and growth.
  • Delegate tasks clearly, assign priorities, and ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Maintain accountability for operational standards, order accuracy, and workflow.
  • Facilitate positive communication, teamwork, and a productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance feedback and assist with hiring decisions as needed.
  • Oversee all shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
  • Develop and maintain efficient warehouse layout and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies.
  • Track issues, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor productivity, adjust staffing or processes as needed, and drive results.
  • Solve operational challenges by evaluating alternatives and taking timely action.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Support the company’s commitment to excellent customer service at all levels.
