The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse with a focus on supervising warehouse associates and achieving daily production goals.

Requirements

2 Years or more Warehouse Supervisor experience
Experience with warehouse management systems
Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
Working knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment
Proficient in MS Office and Excel

Responsibilities

Set priorities, work assignments and provides direction and feedback to all associates within the warehouse
Reviews the daily work objective and determines productivity requirements to produce during the shift to meet the overall building objectives
Conducts daily pre-shift meetings and submits daily end of shift report
Train, enforce and effectively communicate all company policies and procedures
Maintain safe warehouse practices and procedures throughout the facility by driving safety compliance
Manages and maintains good human resources practices with all associates, and adherence to established policies and procedures
Works with Management and Human Resources to resolve employee relation issues, discipline actions, problem resolution and terminations
Provides feedback, coaching, and recognition to enhance associate’s skill development
Create and foster culture for continuous improvement, compliance, and accountability
