About The Position

This Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and leading a team of warehouse associates to maintain efficient and cost-effective processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Work experience in a similar role
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze challenges and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and critical-thinking skills
  • Data analysis and presentation skills to identify trends and proactively address opportunities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday and Manufacturing ERP systems is desired, not required.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in conducting and leading associates.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management & Control Maintain accurate inventory levels through systematic monitoring and control procedures
  • Execute regular cycle counting programs and inventory reconciliation processes
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective action plans to address root causes of errors
  • Ensure compliance with inventory management standards and protocols
  • Team Leadership & Development Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates to optimize performance and productivity
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Implement standardized training programs and development initiatives for warehouse staff
  • Foster a collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement
  • Process Improvement & Waste Reduction Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse systems and operational processes
  • Develop and implement improved procedures specifically targeting waste reduction in Shipping & Receiving operations
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend process optimizations
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all warehouse operations meet company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all warehouse activities
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures
