Position Summary Work Hours: M-SAT., 6 AM - 3 PM The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on RMA receiving, inventory accuracy, and material control. This role leads warehouse personnel, ensures operational excellence across multiple shifts, and supports production and repair operations through effective material management and people leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading people, including training, performance management, and team development.
  • Strong experience with RMA receiving processes and returned material handling.
  • Solid knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and material control in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in shift-based operations, including second or third shifts as required.
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Flexibility and availability to work varying schedules based on operational needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electronics, server, or hardware manufacturing/repair environments.
  • Knowledge of audit requirements and quality management systems.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple shifts, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
  • Manage RMA receiving processes, including inspection, system transactions, segregation, and disposition of returned materials.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, including cycle counts, physical inventories, root cause analysis, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Maintain strict material control, ensuring proper storage, labeling, traceability, and availability of materials.
  • Lead, coach, and manage warehouse personnel, including performance evaluations, training, and daily task assignments.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with procedures.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, Repair, Planning, and Logistics teams to meet operational requirements.
  • Enforce warehouse standards related to safety, quality, and 5S.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, RMA turnaround time, receiving efficiency, and material availability.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize operational flow.
  • Ensure staff coverage and flexibility for shift work, overtime, and changing business demands.
