About The Position

The Appliance W arehouse Supervisor oversees appliance operations (LG) at our N. Charleston, SC location, ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, workplace safet y , and team leadership to enhance warehouse performance and customer satisfaction. This role also manages the scheduling and coordination of daily appliance installations, resolves customer concerns, ensures installers receive proper training, and maintains necessary parts and tools for optimal efficiency and e f fectiveness.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily appliance warehouse operations, including receiving daily shipments, loading outgoing orders, and performing regular cycle counts.
Ensure inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and process improvements to address discrepancies.
Develop and implement procedures to enhance productivity and safet y .
Lead, train, and motivate appliance warehouse sta f f to achieve performance goals.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all health and safety standards.
Maintain equipment functionality and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with LX Pantos/LG on installation needs, new neighborhood walks, and certified training.
Maintain an o r ganized, clean, and efficient appliance warehouse environment.
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
Address damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and customer returns e f fectivel y .
