OVERVIEW: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities. This role ensures safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency while leading a team of hourly employees. The Supervisor will support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving procedures, and warehouse material handling.
Familiarity with SAP or similar WMS systems preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to make decisions, solve problems, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in a constantly changing environment
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to drive change
Results-oriented with a focus on customer service
Skilled in Inventory Control, Facility Management, Warehouse Material Handling, Receiving/Shipping procedures and controls
MS Office (Excel / Word / Email) proficiency required
Regular and predictable attendance

Nice To Haves

Experience with Continuous Improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Associate degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including product receiving, storage, and outbound shipping.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through established processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and audit readiness.
Train, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance reviews and address issues promptly.
Track and report warehouse performance metrics (KPIs).
Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Report any risks or unsafe conditions immediately to management.
Directly supervises 15+ hourly employees in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
Responsible for scheduling, training, and enforcing company policies.
Ensures Labor Contract is followed by all employees, and reports any potential violation
Reviews performance for hourly employees and identify training needs
Reviews and issues disciplinary measures according to the Company Policy
