What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping Administrative duties include receiving products; printing delivery and pick tickets, labels, and completing other administrative functions. Supervisor duties include ensuring the yard and all products are kept clean, organized, and well maintained. Material handler duties include pulling orders; loading and unloading products; and packaging products for shipment. Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred) Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!) The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. Requirements

  • 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred)
