About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our third-shift operations. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and excel at leading a team, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring safety and productivity during overnight hours.

Requirements

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team and adapt to changing priorities during a third-shift schedule
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling equipment
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attendance reliability

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities of the warehouse team during the 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift
• Assign workloads, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory management procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, including equipment safety and housekeeping
• Drive productivity improvements and enforce operational standards and safety protocols
• Conduct shift briefings, communicate changes, and ensure information flow between shifts and departments
• Document and report key performance indicators (KPIs), issues, and status updates to management
• Act as the primary point of contact for overnight staff and resolve problems or escalations
