Requirements

  • Must possess a good working knowledge of the governing supply regulations, supply related automated information systems, programs, policies, work methods, manuals and or other established guidelines.
  • Must be able to collect and organize information, identify sources of potential problems and provide recommended courses of action to correct the problem.
  • Must have background in inventory management, material coordination, cataloging, warehousing, issue and turn-in requirements and documentation.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • A valid state driver’s license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory movements.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are stored safely and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal departments to schedule shipments and resolve issues.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and packing lists.
  • Portable handheld electronic devices shall be used, where applicable, in the performance of daily duties for purposes including but not limited to documenting work, timekeeping, and ordering materials
  • Monitor and track freight costs, assisting with logistics planning and cost control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Support asset tracking and equipment check-out/check-in procedures.
  • Assist in implementing warehouse process improvements and operational efficiency strategies.
  • Follow and enforce all Tessera policies and procedures related to safety, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Perform regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and minimize loss.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Provide support during audits or inventory inspections.
  • Accurately log and label incoming materials and store them in designated warehouse locations.
  • This position may be subject to call-back availability based on operational needs.
