About The Position

Palmer Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 3PL experience to help lead operations, support our team, and ensure a safe, productive environment. This role reports directly to the Site Manager and requires strong leadership, knowledge of warehouse operations, time management, and hands-on involvement.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in 3PL warehouse operations; RF Scanner knowledge required.
• Forklift operation experience (sit-down and reach truck required; cherry picker a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• College degree in Logistics, Business, or related field a plus (not required with equivalent experience).

• Hazmat/DOT/IATA/IMDG knowledge a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, shipping, returns, inventory control, and reporting.
• Assist with hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and disciplining warehouse staff.
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and authorize repairs when needed.
• Manage employee time records and attendance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Prepare, process, and distribute operational reports and records.
• Participate in corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor safety concerns and report issues promptly to leadership.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
