Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise inbound and outbound service-related warehouse operations to meet customer expectations. Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and customer service standards through daily oversight. Analyze shipment logs and delivery timelines to ensure on-time service and efficient routing. Support customer satisfaction by coordinating warehouse activities that align with service goals. Optimize employee workflow and recommend improvements to boost service levels. Develop, track, and report on KPIs related to service performance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Supervise facility vehicle and equipment maintenance to ensure safe and reliable service operations. Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting a service-oriented culture. Perform operational responsibilities, including opening and closing shifts and managing payroll/commission reports. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with service standards. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s or Associate degree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable). Forklift and OSHA certification preferred. 2–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or service-focused operations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to motivate teams. Knowledge of service KPIs and logistics best practices. Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
