About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, inspection, rework, and inventory management. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on supervision, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift, overtime, and weekends when needed.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift experience and certification a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Strong basic math skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks accurately, and communicate clearly with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, inspecting, and staging materials.
  • Lead by example while maintaining an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment.
  • Ensure all employees follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to management immediately.
  • Plan and coordinate shift-start activities, including staffing assignments, workstation setup, and paperwork preparation.
  • Oversee end-of-shift duties, including auditing paperwork, reviewing time sheets, and providing updates to the next shift.
  • Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available for daily operations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development for team members, including onboarding new hires and implementing updated work procedures.
  • Maintain accountability for all personnel and productivity in assigned areas.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding employee performance and operational improvements.
  • Report policy or procedure violations to management promptly.
  • Support company health, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
