We re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, guide an engaged team, and ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. What You ll Do As a Warehouse Supervisor , you ll play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently and our team motivated. You will: Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members to meet daily goals and maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment. Monitor warehouse workflows to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order processing. Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. Set schedules, manage overtime, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, service, and efficiency. Communicate clearly with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth operations. Support the team hands-on when needed - we lead by example!

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related warehouse experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, make quick decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of computers and warehouse management systems (WMS preferred)
