About The Position

We’re looking for a systems-driven warehouse leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, logistics, and people leadership . In this role, you’ll become the go-to ERP and shipping authority for a growing manufacturing and distribution operation - partnering directly with Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate leadership to ensure domestic and international orders move seamlessly from system to shipment. Requirements

• Associate’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred)
• 5+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience , including exposure to international shipping
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (IFS or similar platforms)
• Proven track record leading warehouse, shipping, or logistics teams
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in system-heavy environments
• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across departments

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience with IFS ERP
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Forklift operation and training experience
• Background in regulated or international logistics environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as the resident expert for the IFS ERP system , managing advanced domestic and international order transactions
• Lead end-to-end shipping coordination, carrier scheduling, and system workflow optimization
• Drive inventory accuracy through location strategy, cycle counts, and ERP-to-physical reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 direct reports across warehouse, shipping, and inventory control
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Manufacturing to meet customer delivery commitments
• Own warehouse training, certifications, and safety documentation
• Champion continuous improvement across warehouse operations and ERP processes
