Oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate inventory, efficient shipping/receiving, and compliance with safety standards. Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule warehouse employees
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
- Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare reports
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Train staff and improve workflow efficiency
