Terrasmart is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift to oversee logistics and warehouse operations at our Selkirk, NY facility. This role leads a team responsible for inbound and outbound shipments, yard organization, inventory control, and safety compliance to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse performance.

  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Oversee warehouse organization, recordkeeping, and continuous process improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of logistics or warehouse experience, including 3+ years in people leadership.
  • Proficiency in Epicor or similar ERP systems, inventory control, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
