About The Position
We're looking for a Shift Warehouse Supervisor who's ready to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll guide the team, make sure orders are spot-on, and keep safety and efficiency front and center.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience
- A natural leader who communicates clearly and keeps people motivated.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
- Comfortable using warehouse systems and data to get things done.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs. and keep up in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to hit goals and stay productive.
- Keep warehouse operations on track, receiving, picking, shipping, you name it.
- Make sure inventory and paperwork are accurate.
- Keep safety a top priority and set the standard.
- Look for ways to make processes better and smarter.
- Work with other supervisors to keep shifts running seamlessly.
