About The Position

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate processes in both the receiving and shipping departments. The successful candidate will have experience managing a team of warehouse associates and providing them with training to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate receiving and shipping operations within the warehouse.
Coordinate the receiving process, including unloading, inspecting, and verifying inbound shipments.
Manage a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and support.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming shipments, including inspection, verification, and documentation.
Oversee order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Generate reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned.
