Requirements

Associate’s degree or level of knowledge that would normally be obtained from an AA degree.
Have prior experience working in Warehouse/Logistics/Shipping
5 years experience

Responsibilities

Oversee the following functions: logistics, order fulfillment, receiving, and overall warehouse operations.
Provide quality service delivery (accurate and on-time) to internal and external customers.
Identify and drive process improvements that increase transactional efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
Provide transportation support for inbound and customer delivery for all US West plant logistics.
Establish clear and measurable goals to determine individual and team results.
Perform team member evaluations accurately, fairly, and on time.
Balance workload and prioritize duties as required by the business.
Ensure the department is compliant with corporate policy, ISO registrations, and other registrations.
