Requirements

  • Education: Associate's Degree (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 6+ months of experience in a leadership or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed production and operational goals.
  • Analytical skills to review reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience with employee relations, including scheduling, timekeeping, performance management, and HR processes.
  • A strong understanding of operational standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining consistent and proper communication with internal and external management teams.
  • Partnering with the onsite management team to ensure the customer's expectations of the highest level of quality standards and service are achieved.
  • Being responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
  • Reviewing and analyzing daily and weekly reports to ensure constant improvement in operations.
  • Partnering with the onsite management team to ensure timely completion and administration of all employment tasks, including employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, corrective actions, status changes, separations, attendance, and timely submission of required payroll data.
  • Supervising or assisting in recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of employees.
  • Administering operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
  • Serving as an interface between operations, customers, administration, employees, and logistics.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to frontline employees, establishing and communicating goals and objectives, emphasizing accountability, and inspiring positive behavior changes.
