We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team - a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of team performance and operational efficiency in our 9000 sq ft warehouse. This role plays a key part in leading our day shift warehouse operations, ensuring material are handled accurately, trucks are turned efficiently, and the team operations safely. You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep operations running smoothly and support successful installations. Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Warehouse Knowledge: Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, operations, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Ability to supervise and motivate 4-8 team members, provide feedback and maintain accountability.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in inventory systems, tracking tools, and basic technology (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Carpentry Skills: Hands-on experience with basic carpentry tools (chop saw, table saw, hand tools) and material handling.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent spoken, written, and reading skills in English.
• Physical Requirements Lifting: Repeatedly lift 50-70 lbs. without assistance.
• Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks typical of warehouse and construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and support 4-8 warehouse associates on the day shift, providing direction and ongoing feedback.
• Shift Coordination: Partner with Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless communication and workflow between shifts.
• Truck and Material Operations: Oversee loading/unloading of installation trucks and ensure materials staged accurately for upcoming installation jobs.
• Prioritization: Determine truck turnaround order, take ownership of tasks, and follow through to completion.
• Safety Compliance: Implement warehouse processes, enforce safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist with daily warehouse tasks, including handling windows, doors, and construction materials.
• Other Duties: Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned.
