About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. This role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, maintaining precise inventory records, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The Supervisor will collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement in warehouse functions. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Knowledge of barcode and RFID technology.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of lean warehouse practices and principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments to optimize workflow.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and address operational issues.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Assist in budget management and control warehouse expenses.

• Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipments.
