Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1Lead warehouse shipper and keeper to finish assignment from management. 2Responsible for loading/unloading finished glass /material storage, Conscientiously implement the material the finished glass warehouse management system procedures and rules.3Responsible for finished glass/material receiving, shipping, storage and inventory management, collect and evaluate the issues for monthly cycle counting.4Monitor finished glass/material  storage quality (environment, inspection, expired, nonconforming product management),Management for finished glass/ material FIFO.5Responsible for the implementation of 5S, environment and fire safety of finished goods warehouse.6Responsible for manage and control for shipping of finished materials, improve inventory accuracy, effectiveness. 7Responsible for repacking and assembly production one shift in advance.8Other duties as assigned9Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeI

Requirements

• Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin.
• Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members
• Bilingual: English-Chinese (Required)
• 1years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• BS Degree: Prefer College STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Majors
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
• Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.
• Glass manufacturing principle and technological process; warehouse logistics;systematic knowledge relating to TS16949 quality management system;Systematic knowledge about 5S and project management.
• Solve problem by using warehouse quality tool;Strong planning, organization and coordinate ability; Communication skill; Be responsible; work under pressure.
• Systematic training regarding glass manufacturing technique;
• Systematic training regarding logistics management theory and tool application
