Position: Warehouse Supervisor We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily operations. This is a full-time position based out of our warehouse facility and includes overseeing daily warehouse and fleet operations, with occasional driving to support field operations when necessary.
Requirements
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Clean driving record with valid driver’s license
- Ability to wear OSHA-approved or steel-toe safety boots
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods
- Capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring organization, safety and efficiency standards are maintained
- Supervise warehouse personnel, assign daily tasks and provide training, coaching and accountability
- Manage inventory including receiving, stocking, replenishment and accurate material tracking
- Coordinate job preparation, material staging, deliveries and logistics support for field technicians and installers
- Maintain warehouse organization, safety procedures and compliance with company policies
- Oversee fleet operations including vehicle maintenance tracking, inspections, reporting issues, repairs and ensuring fleet readiness for daily operations
- Collaborate with management, purchasing and field teams to improve workflows, inventory accuracy and operational performance
