Provides direction, leadership, and management for Olathe Distribution center, including creation and execution of operational processes to meet business objectives and goals. Oversees a functional area within Operations, collaborating with leaders across the organization to meet distribution and customer expectations. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES You’ll deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve: Determine work procedures, assign duties, and coordinate workflow to meet daily and long-term timelines Enforcing safety policies and promoting a safe workplace Communicating goals, organizational updates, and expectations clearly Train, coach, and motivate team members to support performance and engagement Ensuring that product is processed according to established standards and procedures Ensuring productivity and quality performance standards are met Ensuring crew members have the appropriate equipment and tools necessary to perform their jobs Preparing reports on team performance, issues, or outcomes
