About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that the strategies defined by the organization are aligned with the tactical execution of the technical team. This role ensures compliance with quality, safety, inventory, and service standards, applying LEAN principles to maintain an efficient, safe, and continuously improving operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Logistics or Management).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
  • Experience leading and developing operational teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Quench).
  • Knowledge of inventory management, industrial safety, and LEAN methodology.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze operational KPIs.
  • Technological competencies (Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Flexibility and results‑oriented mindset in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, supervise, and support the warehouse technicians in their daily tasks.
  • Execute and ensure compliance with operational policies, standardized procedures, and controls established by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Ensure inventory traceability and accuracy through proper use of the ERP system.
  • Supervise and guarantee the quality of refurbished equipment before it is delivered to service technicians or customers.
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as 5S Checklist, inventory accuracy, equipment rotation, and on‑time deliveries.
  • Conduct internal inventory audits and ensure readiness for external inspections.
  • Promote compliance with safety, cleanliness, and organization standards under the 5S methodology.
  • Identify and propose improvement opportunities in workflow, processes, and space utilization.
  • Train and evaluate technical personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Communicate needs and collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service, Sales, Maintenance, and Logistics.
  • Manage operational incidents, minimizing their impact on productivity.
  • Maintain a healthy and updated inventory to support scheduled operations.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
