About The Position

For this third shift Warehouse Team Leader position, you will supervise and coordinate warehouse activities for incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure a smooth flow of raw materials to the production lines for a variety of canned goods brands. You will verify and maintain records of shipments, oversee processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, and lead a team engaged in lifting, transporting, and loading materials. You will schedule work for inventories, determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and drive workflow efficiency. Expected Hours : Approximately 9pm-6am Monday-Friday (and some weekends as needed) Your Impact Coordinate warehousing operations and production needs Maintain timely loading, unloading, and scheduling of product or ingredients to meet plant and corporate objectives Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient handling of raw materials and customer orders Establish and maintain warehousing rotation and hold programs Audit inventory periodically for accuracy and obsolete product Enforce the plant’s safety program, including good GMP practices Monitor warehousing areas and employees to eliminate hazards and unsafe acts Monitor equipment, submit work orders for repairs, and recommend changes for safe operation Train individuals on safety procedures, including forklift and hand jack operation, loading, and trailer operation Train, motivate, and monitor performance of warehousing employees; recognize good performance and take corrective action when needed Drive initiatives to reduce cost through labor controls, damage reduction, and implementation of new methods and tools to improve productivity Your Experience High school diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred Excellent PC skills, including Windows, Word, Excel, and SAP Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills Previous experience in a food-processing, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus Self-motivated and able to multi-task while leading others Willing to work 3rd shift and some weekends #LI-Onsite #LI-Associate #LI-MW1 Compensation: Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred
  • Excellent PC skills, including Windows, Word, Excel, and SAP
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Willing to work 3rd shift and some weekends
