About The Position

This position is responsible for overseeing activity in a smaller volume store
(under $4million) associated with back room, delivery, and service operations in
a manner that supports other store functions in a professional, efficient and
effective manner while coaching and training subordinates in an empathetic,
developmental, and respectful fashion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a warehouse/back room environment, with knowledge and practice in movement of merchandise and a safe work environment.
• Basic problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Intermediate computer aptitude; Point of Sale system and Dispatcher.
• Able to analyze data and reports and manage multiple priorities in a timely manner.
• Solid organizational skills, effective decision making, analytical and critical thinking skills; attention to detail.
• Mechanical skills; general clerical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
• A logistics background is preferred.
