Overview The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of venue distribution and warehouse activities, including inventory management, receiving, sanitation, transfers, and equipment maintenance. This role requires strong event oversight, technical expertise, and personnel management to ensure seamless event preparation and execution. This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until April 17, 2026.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up 50+ lbs., and navigate outdoor spaces comfortably.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective team coordination and customer interactions.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product receiving, distribution, and transfer processes within the ballpark.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in all warehouse storage areas.
  • Assist with event operations as directed by the General Manager.
  • Supervise and train part-time warehouse staff, ensuring timely completion of event setups, requisitions, post-event breakdowns, warehouse returns, equipment storage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to purchase order protocols, verifying specifications, sizes, quantities, and proper labeling, dating, and stocking of all received goods.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate stocking levels for each event, ensuring proper product rotation and integrity.
  • Manage product transfers between locations with accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Perform routine maintenance and oversee the cleaning of concessions and utility equipment, including portable units, carts, refrigeration, and cooking equipment.
  • Conduct end-of-day walkthroughs to ensure commissary, warehouse, and storage areas are clean and organized.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, reporting any hazards or safety concerns.
  • Serve as the opening or closing manager on duty, overseeing daily warehouse operations.
