About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for executing the day-to-day incoming and outgoing product flow and provides direction for all warehouse activities and team members.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leading by example with customer interactions
• Constantly work to improve processes
• Make suggestions for productivity improvement
• Attention to detail is a must, specifically with both part numbers and counts
• Ability to work under deadlines to ensure workflow efficiency
• Self-motivated and priority balanced
• Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer proficiency and understanding

Responsibilities

• Lead through example to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all products
• Optimize employee workflow
• Organize and maintain order processing area
• Implement QC procedures and execute accordingly
• Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers
• All other duties assigned
