The Role: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics coordination, safety compliance, and fleet oversight. You’ll ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Requirements

• Have a strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Are effective communicators and problem-solvers
• Are organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize
• Have a strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate’s degree in business administration or supply chain preferred
• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver’s License required

Nice To Haves

• ERP/WMS experience a plus
• CDL preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and system updates
• Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Coordinate routing, scheduling, and load planning to improve efficiency
• Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Track safety records, conduct inspections, and lead safety training initiatives
• Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance, including inspections and repairs
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, equipment, and compliance requirements
• Resolve operational and logistical issues quickly and effectively
