About The Position

PABCO® Gypsum , a division of PABCO® Building Products LLC, has provided quality gypsum board products and service for over 35 years. PABCO® Gypsum supplies a complete line of gypsum products for commercial and residential construction. What’s the Job? Supervises a crew and oversees their daily work. Inspects plant equipment and machinery to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently. Responsible for meeting company standards for shift production and production quality. Prepares maintaenance work order to ensure equipment and machincery meet company standards. Prepares requested reports on a regular basis. Troubleshoot deparements problems, including bad product or proccess deficient and adjust as needed. Repsonsible for knowing the operating schedule each day and ensuring the approrate materials and setup are avilable. Take regular inventories of deparment supplies for plant management. Responsible for the performance, training, development, recruiting and discipline, or subordinate employees. Maintains work area per company standards for safety and cleanliness. Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and govenment regulatory agencies and ensure the hazardous conditions are reported and corrected, Assists in, preparing, loading and unloading trailors. Responsible for vendor management. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training, preferrably in a manufacturing plant.
Forklift certification.
