About The Position

Christian Home Services, a growing residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company based in West Chester, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations and ensure our field teams are fully supported.

Requirements

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (trade or construction industry preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift, move, and organize materials and equipment
Comfortable working with inventory software and basic computer applications

Nice To Haves

Experience with ServiceTitan and Ply
Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification (company-provided training available)

Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse inventory including HVAC equipment, plumbing supplies, electrical components, tools, and consumables
Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure technicians have what they need while minimizing excess stock, shortages, and backorders
Implement and manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and annual physical inventories
Track material usage by department, project, or technician and investigate any discrepancies
Receive, stock, organize, and stage materials and equipment for daily jobs
Coordinate equipment returns, warranty items, and restocking processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Support tool tracking, maintenance needs, and fleet-related requests
Place and manage purchase orders with vendors
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries and negotiated pricing
Monitor lead times, shipping status, and product availability
Partner closely with service and install managers to forecast job needs
Provide timely updates on inventory status and material readiness
Assist in improving warehouse processes, efficiencies, and workflows
