About The Position

Green Rabbit, recently acquired by Performance Food Group and working under their Vistar Retail Segment, is a cold storage facility looking for an OVERNIGHT Warehouse Supervisor! Sunday - Wednesday 7:00PM - 6:00AM. Ensures efficient and accurate warehouse operations while maintaining a safe work environment. Functions as a team member within the department and organization as required and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 2 -4 years of warehouse or related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Associates/2-year technical degree in business management, logistics or related area.
• 4 6 years of warehouse experience within foodservice industry.
• Supervisory experience.
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, establishing job standards, and evaluating performance.
• Lead and manage associates with confidence and accountability, fostering a productive overnight team.
• Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure orders are fulfilled and trucks are dispatched on time, maintaining customer satisfaction and operational reliability.
• Work autonomously, making quick decisions and adjusting plans as needed to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Manage wave planning and execution to ensure optimal workflow throughout the shift.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete order pulling; verify that all orders are loaded in sequence and in full, and that all paperwork is properly completed.
• Oversee product receiving and stocking, ensuring proper rotation and adherence to first-in/first-out procedures.
• Promote strong service quality through personal example and clear communication of expectations to associates.
• Coordinate pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilize the Company's Warehouse Management System and available technologies to plan daily volume, maximize productivity, and analyze performance data.
• Maintain warehouse security, including locking the facility and setting alarms after the night shift.
• Ensure safe operation of all material handling equipment and compliance with Company health and safety programs.
• Promote a culture of safety by reinforcing guidelines during daily team meetings and ongoing observations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
