About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized Warehouse Supervisor to lead day to day warehouse operations and support production and material flow across the organization. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, managing receiving and inventory, fulfilling material requests from other locations, and ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with production, purchasing, and shipping teams to align supply and demand while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related warehouse or operations experience
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Solid communication and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory or lead experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist with daily warehouse functions including receiving, routing materials, processing work orders, packaging assemblies, and finished goods receiving
  • Fulfill material and supply requests from other locations by coordinating picking, packaging, and shipment while communicating status or delays
  • Maintain accurate inventory records including monthly physical counts, variance reconciliation, and oversight of cycle counts
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate proactively with other departments to address material needs
  • Establish and adjust warehouse procedures to support production schedules and changing workflow demands
  • Participate in planning meetings with supervisors, buyers, and shipping and receiving teams to align on supply and demand
  • Develop, document, and maintain work instructions for all warehouse activities
  • Train, schedule, coach, and discipline warehouse employees while enforcing safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor departmental spending, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure proper operation of warehouse equipment and oversee preventative maintenance activities
  • Oversee unloading of shipments, accurate stocking of materials, and distribution to designated areas
  • Track and report department performance and recommend improvements to efficiency and quality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
