About The Position

Join the dynamic operations team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, as a Warehouse Supervisor. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations to support the various needs of the stadium. Supervisor Warehouse Attendants, oversee warehouse daily tasks and delegation. Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed. Conveys materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas. Places materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code. Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line. Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves; conveys orders to packing station or shipping department. Marks materials with identifying information; Maintains inventory records. Records number of materials or items received or distributed. Weighs or counts items for distribution within stadium to ensure conformance to company standards. Arranges stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers. Use computer to enter inventory counts Compiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications. Drives vehicle to transport stored items or to pick up items. ompletes requisition forms to order supplies from other departments. Thoroughly and accurately uses Levy Purchasing systems Thoroughly completes all warehouse set-up and breakdown responsibilities Employs good safety and sanitation practices Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment Use proper lifting techniques Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
  • This position may require the following valid certifications; Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry

Nice To Haves

  • Shipping and receiving experience preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in supervisory role preferred
